I have to confess, I'm a bit of a shop-a-holic. Shopping for clothes and shoes online is by far one of my favorite things to do.
As a nurse, I need to wear scrubs and nursing shoes 4 times a week. Sometimes 5. So for pretty much most of my life, I'm wearing scrubs. The problem though, was that I was stuck with ugly nursing shoes that didn't match my personal style.
Now don't get me wrong, we all know function is important. But do you have to give up style for them to be functional? I needed some shoes that were both functional and cute.
Why was this so hard for me to find?
That's why I decided to create a brand for nurses that felt the same way I did. Not everybody wants to wear clogs or leather shoes, or just the same old brands that have been around forever.
Forgano's are really well-designed. And the nice part is, not only can I wear them with my scrubs, but I can wear them with my jeans too! They're made from fly-knit so I literally feel like I'm wearing socks. I hope these shoes can help more students and nurses who have a hard time finding the perfect shoe.
Because comfy and functional is not enough. We need fashion. We need style.
